Having a passion for fitness, health, and wellness is strongly recommended. We believe that your initial franchise should be managed and operated by the owner. Individuals who directly train clients need to hold and maintain an active and accredited Personal Training Certification. We will teach you all you need to know about our model—but we can’t teach a love for fitness or a love for serving people.
Besides the obvious love of helping others and the willingness to work hard, we believe that strong sales/marketing, customer-service and networking skills are also critical. The success of your AtmosEffect® franchise will be contingent upon your effort and passion, your ability to develop meaningful relationships with current and prospective clients and your aptitude for networking and effectively marketing in your territory. You need to be highly motivated, have great attention to detail and have an earnest interest in keeping up with the industry’s resources and fitness-related information.
